Would you like to refer a case?

We advise either the referring practice or the client to contact us on 0161 881 6868 as soon as possible. Once an appointment is made we will request a copy of the medical history. Radiographs if not digital will either be posted or collected by the client and brought to the initial consultation. Following conclusion of the case they will be returned to the referring practice.

For Referring Veterinarians

Thank you for referring your client. We are committed to providing a personal and compassionate service for our clients and a high standard of medical care for our patients.

We strive to achieve prompt communication with our referring veterinarians and we provide a detailed synopsis of each case. This will be sent to the referring practice by fax, email or post.

We would prefer to make contact with the client prior to their appointment, as this gives the reception team the opportunity to go through costs as well as organising a convenient appointment time. The client can contact us directly, or alternatively we will contact them to arrange the referral appointment. Once an appointment is made we will request a copy of the medical history. We have optional referral forms here that are designed to be quick to complete if there is additional information relevant to the case.
