What to do in an emergency outside of normal working hours

We have 2 weeks a month when our service is available and 2 weeks when it is not. However, during these weeks, we still have caring staff for our hospitalised patients.

Either a member of the team will answer your Emergency call or you will hear a voice mail message directing you to call Vets Now on 0161 222 6101, who are covering our emergency care during these times.

In order to provide the high levels of care we are dedicated to, both during daytime and out of hours, we share our out of hours service with our colleagues at Vets Now. This ensures the Avian and Exotics Clinic team get the rest they need, to give the best care to our patients when they are on duty.
